1- Eat well

For a healthy lifestyle, eat in a balanced way: limit fatty, salty and sweet foods (especially refined white sugar), and eat fruits and vegetables at every meal. Likewise regard your protein needs, abstain from eating excessively or excessively little. And above all, respect the doses according to the time of the day: eat hearty breakfast, and light at dinner.

2- Sleeping sufficiently and at a fixed time

An adult needs to sleep between 7 and 9H per night. Try to go to bed as soon as you feel the first signs of fatigue so you do not miss your sleep train (which only happens every 90 minutes!). A nap of 15 minutes is also recommended. Your body needs landmarks, try as much as possible to wake up at a fixed time.

3- Have a good body hygiene

Remember to wash your hands regularly to prevent the spread of bacteria on every object you touch. Opt for scrubs against toxins, and regular cleaning of the skin against impurities accumulated throughout the day.

4- Exercise

It is advisable to practice 30 minutes of physical activity a day to maintain your heart and your other muscles. For a healthy lifestyle, prefer the stairs to the elevators, and the bike to the car to get the bread for example.

5- Avoid tobacco and alcohol

Both substances accelerate aging. When consumed to an excessive extent, they can cause serious illnesses.

6- Drink 1.5 liters of water a day

Nearly 60% of the human body is composed of water. Now, every day, much of this water is eliminated by the body (breathing, sweating, etc.). Drink a minimum of 1.5 liters of water in a day!

7- Practice relaxation

Stress greatly affects the heart rate. To fight it, practice breathing exercises, yoga, and sophrology that will relax you instantly.

8- Have a social life

To keep your spirits high, socialize with the people you love, and do not be afraid to laugh at least once a day. It's great for your health!

9- To oxygenate

To be in good health is also to take the time to oxygenate oneself: to avoid smoky or polluted places. Enjoy the fresh air of the morning to take a big bowl of oxygen.

Let go of the ballast from time to time and simply enjoy life: take the time to take a bath, read a book, and see friends...
